Greg Carroll joined Pacific Toxicology Laboratories as Chief Financial Officer in March 2005. Mr. Carroll previously served as Assistant Vice President, Planning and Analysis for Specialty Laboratories, Inc. Prior to joining Specialty in 2001, he worked for Ernst & Young LLP as a Manager in their Mergers and Acquisitions Due Diligence practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.
