Meet The Team

R. Jeffrey Lanzolatta joined PacTox as Chief Executive Officer in May 2008. Mr. Lanzolatta founded and served as CEO of The Laboratory Choice, LLC (2005-2008). He served as CEO of Alfigen through its sale to Genzyme (2003-2004). Prior to Genzyme Mr. Lanzolatta held various senior executive positions with Unilab Corporation from 1990 through 2003 with the most recent position as President of Unilab Southern California Division. Prior to 1990 Mr. Lanzolatta held various senior management positions at International Clinical Laboratories.

Sue is the Chief External Operations Officer at Pacific Toxicology Laboratories. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology and an MBA in Information Systems Management. Sue joined PacTox in 2012. Sue worked as IT Director at Quest Diagnostics from 2008-2012, as IT Manager at Quest Diagnostics from 2003-2008 and IT Manager at Unilab Corporation from 1998-2003. Prior to that Sue worked in various management positions at two laboratory software companies, Antrim Corporation and Rubicon. She has also held the position of Laboratory Director in a hospital laboratory. Sue brings her many years of experience and expertise in the lab and in IT to help further the growth and technical advancement of Pacific Toxicology Laboratories.

Ali Mikhchi joined Pacific Toxicology Laboratories in 2006. With over 18 years experience as a Technical and Operations Laboratory Manager of large and small California independent reference laboratories, Ali is proficient and knowledgable in several areas of the lab including extensive background in Toxicology and Medical Surveillance. Mr. Mikhchi has the leadership skills and expertise to build relationships with our employees, clients, and associates.

Neil Patel joined PacTox in November 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and worked as a Regional Controller at LabCorp from 1998-2007, later VP of Financial operations at Laboratory Partners, Ohio from 2007-2010, then as Corporate Controller at PathLogic, California from 2010-2012. Neil brings many years of experience within the medical laboratory industry who are focus on aggressive growth and acquisitions.

Rana Ostadrahimi is Vice President of Marketing and Compliance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a master degrees in Business Administration and Finance. She joined PacTox in 2011 and is responsible for sales strategy and overall management of the sales force. She has a decade of international experience with all aspects of sales and marketing in the chemical industry.
