Our specialists work around the clock to provide our clients with efficient and quality service.

Prompt, Accurate Reporting

Our results are available 24/7 from our website, with most available within one or two business days. We also offer results by email, fax, mail, and through an interface to an EMR. Same-day testing is available for most procedures and STAT is available for some tests. (additional services may apply for STAT services, please call Client Services))

Repeat Testing

We perform repeat testing at the physician's request without charge if it is in the physician's opinion that the result does not correlate with the patient's clinical status.

Specimen Pickup

We provide specimen pickup to the metropolitan Los Angeles area. Please call Client Services by 3:00PM to assure same day service. For clients outside the Los Angeles area and depending on sample stability, specimens should be either mailed or shipped via overnight delivery to arrive at the lab Monday through Saturday. Contact Client Services for overnight shipping information.

Supplies

Serum for PCB, pesticide and herbicide analysis should optimally be collected in plain red top tubes (without separator gel) and transported in plastic vials or glass tubes with teflon-lined caps. Lavender top tubes collected for whole blood analysis of volatile compounds should be completely filled and kept under refrigeration. Partially filled tubes may compromise results. Under no circumstances should any specimen for analysis of a volatile compound be opened or transferred to another tube prior to shipping.

Referrals

Procedures not performed at our laboratory will be sent to a reference laboratory of our choice; an additional handling charge may apply.

Services are available through our department of Research and Development (R & D). Our staff is prepared to provide complete analytical assistance from initial design through implementation.
