Pacific Toxicology Laboratories is a full service clinical laboratory founded in 1984. We are one of the country’s leading specialty laboratory with six specialized biological laboratories situated within one facility: Clinical Toxicology, Drug Testing, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Biological Monitoring, Forensic Toxicology, and Medical Surveillance.

PacTox features not only a broad range of resources but also a unique ability to provide integrated testing services. Our knowledgeable staff makes every effort to ensure that state of the art technology is employed on a patient-by-patient basis. We are nationally licensed in several state regulatory programs, and adhere to guidelines stipulated by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act, College of American Pathologist, and DHHS SAMHSA program.
